After shipping, standard tracked delivery within the US typically takes 3-7 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
Taking Care
During use: Never leave little ones unattended in the tent. This product is designed solely for sun shelter and should be folded away in windy conditions.
After use: After each use, make sure the tent fabric is completely dry before storing away. We suggest reopening the tent once you get home and either leaving it in the sun to dry, or patting down any damp surfaces with a cloth to absorb any remaining moisture. Then, pop it into its carrier bag and store indoors until next time.
In-between use: To clean your tent, spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soapy water before leaving to dry in the sun. Avoid contact with any chemicals and chlorinated water as much as possible.

How to pack-up our pop-up tent
We designed our sun shelter for effortless coming and going, because when the adventure winds down, packing up with the kids should be quick and simple.
Absolutely love the tent! Enough space for my toddler, baby and myself. I am tall and I have space to sit up and breastfeed my baby easily! Amazing customer service and quality I recommend this tent to everyone!
I am so obsessed with this tent and we haven’t even used it yet. Bought it for our beach vacation coming up. It’s a great size, the towel with it is perfect, I love that the sides can be opened or closed for sun protection and ventilation. But the best part is how easy it is to set up and take down! I can set it up and take it down in literally 1-2 minutes it’s SO easy. I cannot wait to use this on our vacation! I’m sooo happy I went with this tent it’s so worth the money!

This is a GREAT addition to my beach day collection!! It’s perfect for days I go alone to the beach or park because it’s easy enough to set up and break down with my toddler running around! Only giving four stars because the folding technique to break down has a bit of a learning curve. :)
Tent was perfect for our 5 month old at the beach! So easy to setup, love that sand is used as weight instead of poles. Fan and large cozy blanket were perfection. Plenty of room for me to sit with him too!
We got this tent for our recent beach vacation and truly couldnt be happier. it pops up in one second and folds back down in 10 seconds. it held up perfectly when the beach was hit with a freak rain storm- 15 mins of pounding rain and we just huddled inside nice and dry. we also have started using it at home in our yard. great purchase.
I was so excited when this tent arrive. I am able to open it one hand while holding a baby. The bag is sturdy the tent well thought thru and the quality is apparent from the get go. It's pricier than what you can get on amazon but justifiable for what you get.

I wanted something that was easy to use while at the beach with my baby by myself. This tent does the trick! You just pop the tent open and add some sand around the sides and you’re good to go. After you watch the YouTube tutorial on how to fold the tent back up, it’s super simple to do. Love this tent!

I love this tent!! I had actually bought one about a year ago and loved it even though I found it hard to fold but when the team at lozi and have heard that they sent me a new one that folds perfectly and easily - the first one had been defective and they were so quick to help!! Couldn’t recommend this beach tent enough
Perfect Outdoor accessory for my Grandbaby's play area. We easily set it up, she was so happy to her own shaded area where she could rest and play. It's made of durable material, attachable pouches surround the tent and help keep it in place, when it's Windy out. The color is pleasing and the ease of storing it in its own pouch is perfect.

We absolutely LOVE this tent. As avid beach goers with little children we can hands down say that we feel safe without the stakes and using the side of the tents to fill with sand to weigh down. We love the fan feature and fact that the tent comes with it. The clip in window shades are fabulous and easy to adjust. And the bestpart is the opening. Being able to lie inside the tent partially and easily access the kids while they lie shaded is fabulous. No regrets. We have tried lots of other competitor products and this is hands down the best. Easy to close up, pack away and store! Shoulder strap! We appreciate all of the thought put into the details of this product.

How should I clean and store my tent?

How do I fold up my tent?
Pretty easily. The best way to learn is by watching our folding tutorials. We figured out two of the most fool-proof folding techniques and filmed both for you. Watch them both and choose which is your favourite.
We strongly suggest practicing before your first outing, to make sure things go smoothly when the time comes and you are out with a baby or toddler.
If you follow one of our two techniques the fold should be easy. Please reach out if its not, as this means something could be wrong with your tent.
How do I secure my tent to the ground?
It depends where you are.
We've designed the tents with outside pockets on all three sides that can be easily filled with sand to weigh it down if you're at the beach.
If you're somewhere with grass or dirt, just use any standard camping tent pegs to secure the fabric loops on all four corners to the ground.
My tent poles seem a little bent and its really tricky to fold up?
This happens when you fold up the tent incorrectly, because the poles twist in their 'sleeve' and get stuck. Don't worry – this can be fixed. Please reach out to us and we can help to troubleshoot.
The tent should never feel difficult to fold. If it does its not functioning as it should. Instead of wrestling with it, please reach out straight away with pictures for us to help out.
