Once we receive your order, we’ll ship it within 3 business days and send you an email once it’s on the way. As a small business, processing times may take a little longer (up to 14 days) during busy sales periods.
After shipping, standard tracked delivery within the US typically takes 3-7 business days, though delivery times are not guaranteed.
Taking Care
During use: Never leave little ones unattended in the tent. This product is designed solely for sun shelter and should be folded away in windy conditions.
After use: After each use, make sure the tent fabric is completely dry before storing away. We suggest reopening the tent once you get home and either leaving it in the sun to dry, or patting down any damp surfaces with a cloth to absorb any remaining moisture. Then, pop it into its carrier bag and store indoors until next time.
In-between use: To clean your tent, spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soapy water before leaving to dry in the sun. Avoid contact with any chemicals and chlorinated water as much as possible.

We designed our sun shelter for effortless coming and going, because when the adventure winds down, packing up with the kids should be quick and simple.

How should I clean and store my tent?
To clean your tent, spot clean with a damp cloth or sponge and mild soapy water before leaving to dry in the sun. Avoid contact with any chemicals and chlorinated water as much as possible. After each use, make sure the tent fabric is completely dry before storing away. We suggest reopening the tent once you get home and either leaving it in the sun to dry, or patting down any damp surfaces with a cloth to absorb any leftover moisture. Then, pop it into its carrier bag and store indoors until next time.
How do I fold up my tent?
Pretty easily. The best way to learn is by watching our folding tutorials. We figured out two of the most fool-proof folding techniques and filmed both for you. Watch them both and choose which is your favourite.
We strongly suggest practicing before your first outing, to make sure things go smoothly when the time comes and you are out with a baby or toddler.
If you follow one of our two techniques the fold should be easy. Please reach out if its not, as this means something could be wrong with your tent.
How do I secure my tent to the ground?
It depends where you are.
We've designed the tents with outside pockets on all three sides that can be easily filled with sand to weigh it down if you're at the beach.
If you're somewhere with grass or dirt, just use any standard camping tent pegs to secure the fabric loops on all four corners to the ground.
My tent poles seem a little bent and its really tricky to fold up?
This happens when you fold up the tent incorrectly, because the poles twist in their 'sleeve' and get stuck. Don't worry – this can be fixed. Please reach out to us and we can help to troubleshoot.
The tent should never feel difficult to fold. If it does its not functioning as it should. Instead of wrestling with it, please reach out straight away with pictures for us to help out.
